lauren.a.steiner@gmail.com Lauren has an MS in biomedical sciences, an MS in nutrition, and is currently working on an MPH. She completed her MS in nutrition thesis on nutrition implications in hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos syndrome (hEDS) and hypermobility spectrum disorder (HSD). Lauren was diagnosed with hEDS after learning about the Ehlers-Danlos syndromes in her histology course for her MS in biomedical sciences. In addition to living with hEDS, Lauren has neurogenic orthostatic hypotension (nOH), interstitial cystitis, pelvic floor dysfunction, and migraines. When not working as a medical scribe in the ER or working on her education, Lauren can be found visiting coffee shops, reading, walking dogs, or attending book clubs.
